Alberto Samper has always been in tune with electronic music since he was a kid. His brother’s record collection — an eclectic mix of punk, new wave, and EBM — was his first major influence.
With the island of Ibiza just next door, a long-standing epicenter of electronic music, his ears were nourished by a wide range of sounds that he would later blend into his dance sets.
Over the past decade, he has split his time between Mexico City and Barcelona, immersing himself in various collectives and performing at renowned clubs such as Mono, Rhodesia, and Loot in Mexico City, as well as Laut and Switch in Barcelona, among others.
With meticulously crafted sets, Alberto takes his audience on a meditative and experimental journey, weaving a euphoric atmosphere wherever he plays. He doesn’t stick to any specific genre, showcasing his skill across house, disco, trance, and downtempo music.
